Tricase - a town of 18,000 inhabitants in southern Salento. This house is located on the old town, has about 90 sqm and a large garden of another 60 sqm. The owner bought it in early 2022 and had it completely rebuilt and renovated. It is intended as a vacation home and for rent. 

First, we had the ceilings exposed in all rooms with their imposing tufa star vaults. We had the furniture masoned, such as the corner sofa (where two more people can sleep), the sideboards, shelves, closet and the large bed. This saved a lot of money on the one hand and fit much better with the Mediterranean style of the house. A completely new bathroom was created and the old bathroom became a guest toilet. The absolute highlight of the house, however, is the garden.
