Whether you are looking to undertake the renovation of your entire home, build a kitchen in your new apartment, or simply update your living room, most projects tend to follow the same basic process.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Every project starts here. Contact us, and we will schedule an appointment for a complimentary Initial Consultation. This session allows us to understand your vision, project requirements, design preferences, and that all-important budget. It’s also an opportunity for you to explore our creativity and expertise in addition to discussing details regarding our potential collaboration.
Following this consultation, we provide clear steps on how we move forward. Should we decide to work together, most projects progress through these three phases:
PHASE I
CONCEPT AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
This phase involves the creative exploration of design concepts tailored to your preferences and specific needs. During this phase, we have regular consultations to present our ideas and ensure alignment with your vision and budget. All of this comes together in a comprehensive design proposal for your review and feedback.
PHASE II
DETAILED PROJECT PLANNING AND DECISIONS
Once we agree the concept and components of your project, we delve deep into the details of planning. We work closely with you to finalise specific design elements, materials, and key decisions. After nailing down the details, we gather pricing and quotes for every aspect of the project to ensure that the planned costs align with your budget. We meticulously document the project in a Scope of Works, which sets the foundation for the subsequent phase.
PHASE III
IMPLEMENTATION AND DELIVERY
Upon review and mutual agreement of the Scope of Works, we transition from planning to implementation. At this point, your project will be officially contracted, and we start working within the agreed timeframe and budget to bring it all into glorious reality. We manage every aspect of the project and oversee the procurement of materials and furnishings, coordination of tradesmen, and be ever present to ensure quality and timely execution. Finally, the end is in sight! We will make the final touches and bring the project to conclusion. You can then sit back and enjoy… your vision, realised.
PRICING MODEL
As time investment varies based on the size and complexity of a project and each client’s decision-making pace, our services for Phase I and II are generally charged on an hourly basis. Following each meeting, we will agree our next steps and estimate the time needed. For Phase III, once the Scope of Works for a project is agreed, we will provide a comprehensive quotation covering all costs, including a fixed fee for our Project Management services.

We plan for the inevitable from the onset. When budgeting, areas of risk are identified and eventualities are considered. While we don’t have a crystal ball, we ensure that the budget is built to mitigate the unexpected. Our goal is to accommodate reality while still delivering within your expectations. Once everything is complete and the final costs are calculated, nothing is more rewarding than the surprise of a project coming in under budget. We make no guarantees, but we certainly like to do everything possible to please our clients!
