The brief was to transform the forgotten restaurant and bar into another gastronomic hotspot in the city. The restaurant and the adjoining cocktail bar were to have a total of about 120 seats. The guest rooms were to reflect the exclusivity of the gastronomic concept. The project was developed and implemented in collaboration with the architectural firm Unit-Berlin.
